Ontario Birds
Included with OFO membership, Ontario Birds is published three times a year, in April, August and December. Ontario Birds documents new information on the birds of the province. It includes notes and articles about the status, distribution, identification and behaviour of Ontario’s birds, as well as site guides, book reviews, letters and the Annual Report of the Ontario Bird Records Committee (OBRC). Ontario Birds is regularly cited in the professional ornithological literature. As a result, the authors receive requests for reprints of their articles from all over the world. The cover and most of the photos and illustrations are now in colour.
Editors: Chip and Linda Weseloh (1983-1985); Donald M. Fraser (1986-1989); Al Sandilands (1990); Bill Crins, Ron Pittaway, Ron Tozer (1991-2006).
