- Keynote Speaker: Jeff Skevington, Birding by Molecules. Jeff is a Research Scientist and the Head of Diptera (flies) at the Canadian National Collection of Insects in Ottawa. He uses both molecular and morphological data in pursuit of better species concepts and robust phylogenetic hypotheses.
