These pictures were taken by Jean Iron in September, 2000, in Toronto. They show details of the Heermann‘s Gull which was present near the Toronto lakefront from November, 1999 until September, 2000. Take a look at the following web site which shows pictures of the Heermann‘s Gull which was found in Florida in late October, 2000 and was still there at Fort DeSoto County Park on Nov. 6, 2001 and try to decide if it is the same bird.
